Currently the Chef de Cuisine at Castle Hill Inn, Chef Andy Taur grew up working in his parent’s Chinese restaurant. He apprenticed at a Sushi restaurant for one year before becoming a Sushi Chef. Chef Andy then decided to attend culinary school at the New England Culinary Institute in Vermont followed by another sushi chef position before finding his home at Castle Hill (a Relais and Chateaux property) in Newport, RI.
