Chef Craig Jones

Craig Jones has been working in the food industry for over 10 years in a variety of roles. He has dedicated much of his career to supporting and growing the farm-to-table movement. Upon graduating from Johnson & Wales University in 2013, Craig was awarded the Aprenti Cuisinier Award of Excellence for studies in sustainability and wellness. He hopes to contribute to a world where healthy, delicious food is accessible to all.
