Formally schooled in the Culinary Arts at The Art Institute of Dallas, Chef Jake went on to work at The Sunset Restaurant (Malibu, CA) and with Joël Robuchon at Mix (Las Vegas).
Now Chef and co-owner of his own notable and award winning restaurant, Chef Jake inspires and creates the amazing dishes prepared & served every day at Tallulah on Thames and Tallulah’s Taqueria. Nominated by Food & Wine Magazine as one of New England’s top Chefs, Jake takes cooking to the level of fine art – that tastes as good as it looks.
